Batch of 6 Bottles of great sweet white wines including :1 Blle Château GARBES-CABANIEU 2016 - CADILLAC - This pure Semillon with amber reflections seduces with its floral, spicy and honeyed bouquet. On the palate, it takes a tighter, more mineral turn, culminating in a pretty acidic finish. 1 Blle Château TANESSE 2019 - CADILLAC - this wine has a subtle woody taste with complex aromas of redcurrant, elderberry and coriander. Rich and powerful, the palate remains balanced and fresh, with a long finish with spicy and mentholated accents. 1 Blle Château LE PORTAIL ROUGE 2011 - LOUPIAC - Cuvée MATHIS - Very good wine for medium aging. The motifs on the label represent Gallo-Roman mosaics that can be visited on site. The first years see the predominance of freshness, then fruit, notably apricot after 4-5 years, and a little more fig and lychee after 6-7 years. After that the honey is more present, but in my opinion its best years are behind it, while keeping a superb length in mouth. 3 Blles Château LE PORTAIL ROUGE 2013 - LOUPIAC - young sweet but not too much, fruit not too marked, round and elegant, easy to drink.
