ROME, PHENICIA Elagabal (218-222) Bronze, 7.12g, 24mm, Berytus, laurelled, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. tetrastyle temple with central arch surmounted by figure riding panther leaping right, Marsyas standing right, center, carrying wineskin on shoulder, COL IV [L- A-V ]G FEL, BER to exergue (BMC 192). PROVENANCE: Antwerp Collection. Traces of verdigris, very nice.
