View-master with booklet, pair of binoculars, orinal slides and box - Made In Belgium, by GAF company.
The View-Master is a device marketed since the end of the 1930s by Sawyer's Photo Services, allowing to view images in stereoscopy (3D), from cardboard discs bearing seven views. The user inserts a cardboard disk with 7 pairs of slides (then called 7 "views") into the binocular device. Each eye sees a separate pair of images, and these form a relief image. The user operates a trigger on the side of the viewer to rotate the disk, and switch from one image to another.
