Sale by François Brunel, ploughman, inhabitant of Mirefleurs, to noble François de La Guesle, sieur of the said place and of Lenglade, "governor for the royne mere du Roy in his lands of Auvergne", of a house with garden and yard, located in the enclosure of Mirefleurs in the land and district called des Roches - Vic-le-Comte February 1, 1585. Sale by Estienne Reymond Guilhet the elder, of Vic, to François de La Guesle, governor for the Queen mother of the King "in her lands of Auvergne Lymosin and Berry", of a vineyard situated in the justice of Vic, in the land of Breslat. - December 27, 1601.
