Amsterdam, printed by M.J. Portielje for D.N.B., n.d. (1938 or later), (23) p., original stapled purple wrapper printed with woodcut by Escher with printed monogram (=Bool/ Locher 302). Added: (2) A similar but slightly older version, mildly toned.
