A famille verte-sur-biscuit porcelain dish, Shunzhi/Kangxi period, 17th century, China, An unusual pattern of flying horses and Buddhist symbols on a green-ground sea pattern with crashing waves against the rim. The exterior also with horses and waves crashing against rocks. Not marked. D 21 cm, Old cracks and wear from age and use.
