Oil on canvas. Probably signed lower right (illegible). In decorative frame with artist's plaque. 46 x 56 cm. 66 x 73 cm (Ra). Wedge framing renewed, fragment of the original with title train preserved. Varnish finely crazed, painting layer partially as well. View on the mountain ranges of the Chartreuse near Grenoble in the French Alps. Oil on canvas. Around 1860. pres. signed bottom right (not legible). In ornamental frame with artist's label. Stretcher new, fragment of original with title safed backsides. Varnish with some fine craquelure, paint partially also.
