Biscuit porcelain lamp. The piece has the signature E&A Müller on the base, which corresponds to the German porcelain factory Müller was located in Schwarza-Saalbahn, Thuringia, and was created by Carl Luis Christian Müller in 1890. The biscuit technique, which gives a matt and very white finish to the pieces, came into use in the mid-18th century, particularly in France at the Sèvres factory and in Italy at the Royal Factory of Capodimonte.
