COLLECTIVE COLLECTION OF GALLANT POEMS. Maxims and laws of love. Letters, sweet and gallant bills, poems. Paris, Olivier de Varennes, 1669. In-12, (3 ff), 132 pages and 24 pages. 1/2 chagrin beginning of XXth century (One bit restored. Some soiling). The first part takes up the Rouen edition of 1666. The second part (last 24 pages) includes 4 new pieces : L'Occasion perdue recouverte, La Jouissance imparfaite, Contre le Mariage, Stances galantes. In addition to the Maximes et loix d'amour, the collection contains various pieces in verse and prose, letters, stanzas, sonnets and rondeaux, due to anonymous Norman authors (Lachèvre, III, 83-85)
