The Land of Furs by Jules Verne. Illustrations by Férat and Beaurepaire. Paris, Bibliothèque d'Éducation et de Récréation, J. Hetzel et Cie, sd (1898).
Two large volumes in-8° simple. Publisher's full red percaline boards (only color) "with initials, silvered". Magnier and his sons binders. Gilded edges. Blue-gray endpapers. Catalog "HF" for 1894-1895 at the end of the second volume. Printed by Gauthier-Villars.
Covers restored. Otherwise, very good copies. To note that each volume benefits from a false title, frontispiece and title page, and that, in volume 2, the text begins on the reverse of the latter. In his bibliography, Jauzac indicates that volume 2 does not have a frontispiece!
