Mirror; Louis XVI style, France, late 18th century.
Polychrome wood and marble.
Provenance: private collection conceived since the 1970s between London and Madrid.
Measurements: 204 x 124,5 x 12 cm.
Rectangular mirror with an architectural structure with a frame of polychrome wood and pink-grained marble. The piece starts from a black marble base on which the columns are arranged on each of the sides. The entablature and the upper cornice are arranged above the capitals, following an aesthetic based on the models of classical antiquity.
