Letters patent and privileges of Victoria, Queen of Great Britain and Ireland and Empress of India, granted to Mr. Emile Jestelin, inventor of a new electrical system in Ghent, on April 4, 1857.
On double very large printed parchment (73x46 for the larger of the two and 60X41 for the second). With under metal box the great seal of the queen Victoria (broken with small lacks).
Very good condition.
