In-8°. Half calf with small corners signed Catoir at the bottom of the spine of volume 1 (Antoine Catoir was the King's bookbinder in Brussels (1782-1853)). Smooth spine decorated with gilt fillets, a ship in the tail and the God Hermes in the head in cold, with sets of cold motifs. Rubs and corners dulled. Staining to several volumes, and spine and boards of volume XVI damaged. Without the atlas of 15 plates very often missing.
