Saint Catherine, probably Upper Rhine, c. 1500, fruitwood, carved, painted over chalk ground, standing depiction of the youthful saint with the attributes sword and martyr's crown, on octagonal column base (wormholes and top plate including the left foot damaged on both sides), there circumferentially named (fragmentary), the gaze directed into the distance shows determination and courage, luxuriant drapery (uppermost fold of the cloak dam.), the neck with indication of the stigmata, h: 59 cm.
