Subject in bronze with dark brown patina, signed DALOU. Casting with lost wax Hébrard, stamp.
Model coming from a detail of the Monument to the little children of Queen Victoria for the private chapel of Windsor Castle. A similar model in marble is kept at the Petit Palais.
