Varnished walnut veneer desk with a rectangular top covered with leather in the central part, opening on the left side by a box with a full door on an interior with adjustable height shelves, a drawer in the belt, and on the right side a drawer over a full door. Legs quadrangular in front and back in doucine and flat back brace.

Legs with quadrangular front and back legs in stave and flat back strut.

HISTORY :
Model made by René Herbst in 1937 for the decoration of the store of his friend Jean Puiforcat, located 131 boulevard Haussmann in Paris.
