N. B. The book "Les miroirs de bronze du Musée de Hanoï" by Léon Vandermeersch allows us to understand the role of these objects dedicated to rituals implying the existence of a graphic and aesthetic symbolic meaning.
We can compare the decoration of our mirror with the geometric and radiating decorations present on the tympanums of the rain drums of the Dong Son culture.
