A flintlock pistol with snap bayonet dating: first quarter of the 19th Century provenance: England, Round, smoothbore, twisted, 15 mm cal barrel, with marks of the Birmingham test bench, with a snap bayonet featuring a release-button on the tang (engraved); flintlock with anti-friction and watertight systems, engraved with floral motifs. Full stock (restored fore-end cap) with iron mounts, the trigger guard engraved with Empire-style motifs. Oval shield on the back. Brass-tipped, wooden ramrod with iron cartridge extractor. length 29 cm.
