For the creation of the play by Jean Cocteau on April 10, 1934 at the Théâtre Louis-Jouvet (Comédie des Champs-Elysées). Directed by Louis Jouvet. Main actors: Jean-Pierre Aumont (Oedipus), Robert le Vigan (Anubis), Marthe Régnier (Jocasta), Lucienne Bogaert (the Sphinx).
