Perfume burner (Koro) representing a harnessed elephant in bronze with brown and gilded patina with the aori flower coat of arms (Tokugawa family) and surmounted by a lantern in the shape of a pagoda with its removable hat.
Height 53cm.
Signed on the back Gyokko, Meiji period.
