First edition of the French version of Jacques de Leussach (or Jacques Lessabé), which forms an abridgement of the version of Jean Wauquelin, given around 1446-1450 under the title Chroniques de Hainaut pour la cour de Philippe le Bon. This is all that appeared at the time, the fourth volume planned (see mention on the title page of volume I) never having seen the light of day.
