David GERARDIN: Headdress of moult feather, contemporary realization of inspiration of the first peoples. This headdress is inspired by those of the KAYAPO tribe (central Amazonia). Usually, this type of headdress is worn on the top of the skull and placed on each side of the ears. In this case, it is a headdress for a woman of high hierarchical level. It is usually worn at the end of the year during the last moon change, hence the dominant white color which is very significant for this type of ritual.
