Oval tureen in silver plated metal.
Marks of plating with the 10M and punch of goldsmith.
Goldsmith : François LEVRAT, goldsmith in Paris reported from 1809, associated with Papinaud in 1810 he is established at 66 rue Popincourt. He received the silver medal for silver plating at the Exposition des Produits de l'Industrie (which prefigured the Universal Exhibitions) in 1819 and 1823. In 1825, he was again listed in the Almanach du Commerce. His son succeeded him in 1827.
