The only issue published of the "bimonthly magazine published by the Bureau International du Surréalisme- Révolutionnaire", directed by Noël Arnaud, Christian Dotremont, Asger Jorn and Zdenek Lorenc.
Broodthaers signed two poems: Project for a film and Three poems from the desert island. The other contributions are by Jean Laude, Tristan Tzara, Raymond Queneau, Noël Arnaud, Asger Jorn, etc.
The copy is complete with the subscription form of four pages including a manifesto of Christian Dotremont under the title La Revue la plus vivante du monde.
