Four vignettes by Jan Sanders. Autograph signed letter on the title page: To André Thirifays. these fables, Yours sincerely, Mr. Broodthaers, July '61. Main founder of the Belgian film library, the journalist André Thirifays (1903-1992) played a decisive role in the promotion of Belgian cinema at the international level; he is notably at the origin of the film Misère au Borinage which marked a turning point in the history of Belgian cinema.
