ENGLAND. Complete outfit of a corporal of the Argyll & Sutherland regiment circa 1910-1914 consisting of red cloth "doublet" with daffodil collar and trimmings, metal insignia on collar, paper label dated 1912, woollen kilt with Campbell clan tartan (or Government, identical to the Black Watch), glengarry with white and red checkerboard leather trim (only worn in this regiment) sporran in badger fur decorated with six white tassels, bleached buffalo belt with melted brass plate, red and white false stockings and canvas gaiters, red woolen sash, a summer tunic belonging to the same man around 1920-1930 with decoration ribbons including commemorative of the Sudan, Boer and Egypt campaigns. BE
