probably Etruscan, of indeterminate age, light marble, hewn, the head of a man with stylised facial features, whiskers and a firm gaze, part of the hair worked out as a curly coiffure, fragmentary preservation, mounted on a later stone base, h 26 cm. Provenance: according to the consignor, from the Dr. Langendörfer Collection.
