St. Jerome. Copper engraving. 42 x 27,7 cm. Around 1602. B. 75, Bohlin 213 IV, TIB (Commentary) .219 S5. Marked by lily in a circle with a crown.
Quite excellent, precise impression with fine burr, trimmed to the platemark, partly with traces of the same, below with the separately printed script cartouche. Minimally yellowed, smoothed centerfold, this minimally cracked on the right, various inconspicuous repairs, slight signs of age and wear, otherwise in good condition. From the collection Johann Sigmund Bermann, 1833 Vienna (Lugt 235).
