BREITLING
from 1967
Diving chronostop chronograph ref: 2005. Steel notched bezel graduated over 60. Steel case with screwed back (signed and numbered). Black dial, tritium markers and oversized luminescent skeleton hands (totaling 60 minutes), round window at 6 o'clock indicating the start of the chronograph. Breitling leather strap with steel pin buckle logo Breitling modern. It is attached a rubber strap Breitling. The innovation of this chronograph was that the central hand followed the minutes and not the seconds.
Hence the opening at 6 o'clock which indicates the operating status of the chronograph: the black means reset of the chronograph, the large circle of light indicates that it is running and the smaller circle that it is stopped.
Movement: Hand-wound mechanical caliber signed BREITLING / Valjoux 7731 Slow motion.
Diameter: 43 mm. Condition: Very nice Complete Breitling service in 2021 (Plexiglas, crown and pushers replaced) Breitling carrying case
