A rare kepi for 'Carabinieri' troopers
dating: circa 1850 provenance: Sardinian Kingdom, Solid body with leather peak and visor, metal framework inside, covered with Savoy blue cloth. Cross-shaped, iron ornament on leather tricolour cockade. Chain supported by three masks with lion's head, special tassel with horsehair and royal monogram 'VE'. Lower part of the visor is green. With black leather cap inside. height 16 cm.
