Photographer unknown (probably American). Portrait of a mother and her two sons. 1850s. Lightly colored quarter/half-plate (circa 13 x10 cm) daguerreotype with gilt ornamental surround (some tarnish spots), newly sealed behind glass in leather case (edges/corners rubbed/bumped, cover loose) with embossed flower ornament.
