CHINE - Fours de DEHUA, seconde moitié du XVIIe siècle Very rare porcelain group called "blanc de Chine" representing three men dressed in European style, including a Dutchman sitting on a harnessed elephant, the saddle cloth with flowery patterns, the mahout kneeling near the elephant giving him a drink from a cup, a third character standing at the back of the elephant (missing a small tusk, firing crack under the elephant at the back, some wear to the cold decoration). This group was enriched at the same time with a cold decoration in iron red, black and gold in Europe, probably in the Netherlands. H : 29,5 - W : 21 cm
