FIAT 124 SPIDER 1800, 1977 The redhead...gymnastic Chassis: 0102854 Color: red with matte black details Odometer reading: 66935 Very sporty and drivable car, although extensively modified Repainted car Fiat 124 Spiders are known as beautiful and fun cars, but they had a tendency to be destroyed almost instantly when subjected to northern weather and road treatments. Fortunately, this 1977 Fiat 124 Spider spent most of its life in Rome, and is now at auction, which makes it believable that it is in the condition it should be. The repainting appears to have been well cared for. Until 1978, Fiat 124 Spiders were equipped with a 1,756 cc inline four-cylinder with a cross-flow double overhead camshaft cylinder head. Examples from the late 1970s originally still used a single Weber carburetor, and the seller reports that the engine, despite being modified, fires immediately with no problems and runs well regardless of temperature. The transmission is a five-speed manual, and the seller notes that it shifts all gears well FIAT 124 SPIDER 1800, 1977 Very sporty and drivable car, even if extensively modified Nice color Repainted car No reserve Fiat 124 Spiders are known as beautiful and entertaining cars, but they tended to be destroyed almost instantly when subjected to the North weather and road treatments. With no rust visible in the provided photos, and bright, red paintwork, it looks to have been well cared for (even if modified) for its entire life.
