Credited with about 453 hp, the engine is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Result, 0-100 km/h in 5.7 seconds and 240 km/h self-limited top speed. Very controversial, the styling is bold and stands out in originality. Designers have dedicated 'carriage-like' solutions, such as rear-hinged rear doors and an unmatched interior. In short, BMW has redefined the luxury car market. In the United States, the new Phantom has been referred to as 'The King of Cars'.
