Important collection of leases, notarial deeds (sales, auctions), acknowledgements of debts, divisions, receipts and expenses, marriage contracts, correspondence relating to land holdings, receipts, memoranda of works, etc.
Some of the documents have been preserved in a small antique bag made of coarse grey canvas and marked "Coublanc" (Haute-Marne).
A few rare printed documents and a letter with an armorial wax seal. Some of the documents have been attacked by rodents.
