Beautiful terrier composed of 18 finely executed plans. Representation of pieces of land with hedges, woods, vineyards and watercourses. Roses des vents fleurdelisées.
P. Poincaret (circa 1736-1778), from Champigny-lès-Langres, was a sworn surveyor for the ducal bailiwick of Langres.
Small central loss on first leaf, slightly soiled. Slight spotting.
Includes a large plan (102 x 67 cm) handwritten in black ink and enhanced with colored washes of some 50 rooms in the communes of Montlandon and Celsoy.
