JULIEN le ROY very rare and high-grade coach clock with 1/4-hour-repetition, 1/2-hour- self-strike and alarm in silver, France around 1760, smooth, floral pierced case, painted, silver-mounted outer case with big lateral hinge and sound holes, enamel-dial with Roman hour-numerals and big Arabic minutes slightly damaged, very fine original hands (minutes- hand repaired), central alarm-setting-disk, fire-gild verge movement with chain and fusee, strike on bell, fine pierced and engraved balance-bridge, repetition by catgut at 6, diameter approx. 13 cm, weight approx. 1440g, overhaul recommended at buyer's expense, strike work to adjust, lacquer from outer case partial damaged, condition 2-3
