It was in this mythical Montparnasse that, in a breath of genius, she gave free rein to her fertile imagination, tackling all genres and sharing the currents of her contemporaries such as Pablo Picasso, Fernand Léger and Francis Picabia. A figurehead of Futurism, she nonetheless followed her own path, in a unique combination of colors and shapes, with a highly personal capture of light, skilfully combining Suprematism and Constructivism. An indelible mark of the talent and genius of the Russian avant-garde.
