A PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN BOWLS, 18th CENTURY
China, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), 18th century. Each with deep rounded sides rising from a tall and slightly flared foot to an everted rim. Finely painted in bright enamels to the exterior with large blossoming pink peonies and floral buds. The interior rims with an elaborate purple band and an iron-red flower to the centers.
Condition: Overall good condition with minor surface wear, firing irregularities including dark spots and pitting, tiny chips to the rims. One bowl with small hairline cracks to the base.
