Vase in the shape of a woman's head with a seven-pointed radiate diadem and two long palm leaves placed on the sides of the neck. The vase is surmounted by a standing female figure, with a diadem in her hair and wearing a long, wide, enveloping cloak or himatión. It has a long ribbon handle that extends vertically from the back of the statuette to the nape of the neck. This vase comes from La Canosa di Puglia, a locality in the Italian province of Barletta-Andria-Trani. This type of vase was also used as a funerary vase.
