Decorative empire style silver coffee and tea set. Set of 4 pieces; coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl and cream jug. Over profiled, indented round base bulbous body with strongly stepped shoulder and narrow neck. Hinged, domed lid with handle ending in small stylized lion heads. Low-set, softly curved ear handle, decorated with lion mascaron at the base, the end ending in sculpted leaf volute. The lower half of the body, the stand, the shoulder and the lid are surrounded by a cord band in relief and godrons. Partially gilded inside. Marked 800, hallmark with maker's mark and number "41".
