A high quality antique 19th century French tea or coffee service in finely chiseled gilded silver with floral motifs. The set comprises 12 spoons, a sugar tongs, a tea bag and a tea leaf. Hallmarked with French silver Minerva marks, a mark depicting initials PG and a five-branch chandler for the goldsmith Paul Girard, 1877 to 1891. presented in its original fitted box branded, Treille Bijoutier Montauban to the interior and monogrammed, LP, on the lid.
