A cylindrical jug, Erfurt, dated 1781. Faience, painted in colorful muffle and sharp fire colors: hilly landscape with vegetation, staggered in depth, on a hill a group of three Chinese figures with dog (?). On the side of the handle large perennial plants. Line decorated handle. Pewter mount with handle band, hinged lid and shoe, lid engraved ''A.D.B. 1781''. Marks on the lid: city mark Erfurt, master mark Martin Dutzki, active last third of 18th century; compare Nadolski no. 295. H. 27 cm. Faience tankard, polychrome painted, pewter mounting. Lid engraved and dated ''A.D.B. 1781''. Pewterer's marks (Erfurt). Thuringia/ Erfurt, last third 18th ct. H. 27 cm.
