Porcelain, the exterior yellow glazed, gilded muzzle rim. Circumferentially decorated with bright red bats. Bottom side with red Guanxu mark. Gold rubbed, otherwise good condition. Diameter 9 cm, height 7 cm.
In Chinese culture, the bats represent the five blessings: long life, wealth, health, love and a natural, peaceful death. Here executed in the colors of happiness.
