Laeken (Brussels) December 15, 1858 51 x 58 cm, lithogr. and completed by hand, on vellum, s. aut. of Charles Rogier, Minister of the Interior, and Constant Materne, Secretary General, seal under paper (2 min. wormholes marg., small russ. mostly marginal). Superb document adorned with a rich allegorical and heraldic frame by Erin Corr. Jointly, 12 documents relating to the various promotions (knight, officer, commander) of R. Chalon in the Order of Leopold: 5 l.a.s. to R. Chalon, 3 of which with a certified copy of the royal decree. Brux, 1858, 1867 and 1882. In-f° for the most part, 2 s. doc. by Minister Charles Rogier, 1 by Governor of Brabant Charles Liedts, 5 envel. cons. (some spotting, overall good condition). - 5 fasc. of the "Moniteur belge", 21-07-1867 (4 fasc.) and 5-12-1882 (1 fasc.). (13 pcs)
