Ghilain, 1850]. 8 pp. "Printed in 7 copies", this pamphlet intends to demonstrate that numismatics is "perfectly within the reach of the young" and proposes an elementary course for children including martial arts to prepare for "warlike polemic". Enriched with Ulysse Capitaine's aut. s. letter, flying, accompanying the mailing to R. Chalon, Liège, 27-10-1854. He sent him this copy, which he owned in duplicate, with a number of enlightening comments. Ref. De le Court 885 (attributes the printing to Ghilain, like de Theux, while Capitaine, in his letter, attributes it to Redouté). - De Theux 1058. - 2 Études de numismatique liégeoise. A find. M. Ghilain, 1847. 9 pp. ; 1 h.-t. On an alleged coin of Bishop Nithard. Enriched with 2 loose pcs: 1. l.a.s. from Ferdinand Hénaux, Liège, 25-11-1847. In reply to a letter from Chalon, he denies being the author: "Vous feriez bien de la laisser tomber dans l'oubli, comme elle y est à Liège". - 2. scathing review signed "N...", taken from a magazine.
