Facetious flyer announcing an imaginary publication, citing Chalon among its sources, attributed to a doctor of law from Charleroi and dated "Charleroy March 31, 1856". It was sent to leading Belgian numismatists... on April 1st. Aut. s. note from the author-printer: "12 copies printed - Impr. de Jules De le Court". Ref. De le Court 885.
