Letter addressed to the publisher Guy Levis-Mano, who will publish his letters from Rodez... There have been a lot of burlesque stories and absurd speeches about the publication of my Lettres écrites de Rodez. None of this is serious, and you shouldn't attach any importance to these cabals. The only thing that matters to you is that these letters are of great interest to the many readers and friends I have all over the world, not only in Mexico but also in the Orient (Afghanistan, Bali, Cambodia). So they are expected in many places. Enclosed is a typed letter signed by Guy Levis MANO addressed to ARTAUD from Paris, December 25, 1945, in which he informs him that, after six years in captivity, he is preparing the publication of Lettres de Rodez, envelope preserved.
