Alluha. Very old and important two-sided Koranic teaching board with numerous native repairs. Longitudinal cracks in the wire and thin plates attest to the importance of the written passage of the Qur'an and the board in the madrasa. These Alluha are reused and rewritten many times over during their long service in the mosque's madrassa. When they are "washed" for reuse, the water and ink are collected and the participants drink the liquid to literally ingest Allah's words. Made of wood. Dimensions: 45 x 31cm.
