Eesaber, Five soft, square and rectangular mats, made of grass leaf (afeuzu) and strips of brown and red dyed leather, fringed at the ends. These mats are woven in a variety of geometric patterns and used to cover bowls (teseit), or as space dividers. Dimensions: smallest 54 x 41 cm, largest 93 x 47 cm. Mauritania / Mali from the Sahara. Tuareg. (see Rood, F.R., People of the Veil, Macmillan and Co. London, 1926, pages 158 and 174).
